Assemblyman Durso Hosts Coat and Blanket Drive

Assemblyman Michael Durso will be hosting a coat and blanket drive in coordination with the Bethel Christian Center and Veterans for a More Responsive Government on Saturday, January 16 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This event will be held at the Massapequa Park Train Station across from Village Hall.

This contactless drive-thru event will follow COVID-19 protocols, you don’t have to leave your car. For your safety, place items in your trunk for a volunteer to remove. Bring your gently used men’s, women’s and children’s winter coats and blankets to give to local families and veterans impacted by COVID-19 and other hardships.
