- April 22nd, 2022: Assemblyman Durso attends Island Harvest Earth Day farm opening at their Healthy Harvest Farm at the Sisters of St. Joseph’s farm in Brentwood. For years Island Harvest has help so many people with food insecurity. The Farm is the next step in making sure those who need some help have access to fresh fruits and vegetables. Thank you Island Harvest for all you do!
- Assemblyman Durso joined National Grid employees, staff of The Town of Babylon and volunteers at their Earth Day event and celebration at Anthony Sanchez Memorial Park in West Babylon. The team did a great job of planting flowers, weeding, clearing brush and getting the park ready for the up-coming season. National Grids project C program also announced a donation of 70 Leland Cypress trees to be planted around the park. Great job by everyone today and Happy Earth Day!
