Leading up to the holidays, Assemblyman William Colton (D—Gravesend, Bensonhurst, Bath Beach and Dyker Heights) made the rounds of local senior centers to greet members and distribute bottles of holiday cheer.

This is an annual tradition for Assemblyman Colton, who says he enjoys visiting with the seniors and having the opportunity to wish all a Merry Christmas, a Happy Hanukkah, a Happy Kwanzaa and a Happy and Healthy New Year.

“The holidays are such a special time of year,” Assemblyman Colton said, “and stopping to catch up with local seniors makes it all the more special for me. I look forward all year to being to share the spirit of the season with these active and engaged seniors. Happy holidays to all!”
