It was toys all around, as Assemblyman William Colton (D—Gravesend, Bensonhurst, Bath Beach and Dyker Heights) joined families on Saturday, January 13 at Sts. Simon & Jude Church, 185 Van Sicklen Street, for their annual Three Kings Day festivities.

The assemblyman brought presents for the excited youngsters gathered at the church for the belated celebration, which was organized by the Junior Legion of Mary and staffers at Assemblyman Colton’s office.

“We all had a wonderful time,” said Assemblyman Colton. “The youngsters were delighted to receive the presents. It’s always great to participate in events like this, especially when the focus is on children. Celebrations like this one help bring the community closer together, creating warmth in the depths of winter.”

Approximately 200 people attended the event.
