This weekend, Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara joined Soroptimist International of Schenectady to present an official New York State Assembly Proclamation recognizing the organization’s 20th Annual Garden Tour. The long-running event celebrates two decades of service by the Soroptimists, a dedicated group committed to empowering women and girls across the Capital Region.
