| Directs the commissioners of environmental conservation and health to produce an environmental facility and cancer incidence map on the basis of databases to be compiled; provides for plotting by census blocks, with exceptions; provides for quarterly status reports to governor and legislature on status of data entry into the required database, information remaining to be gathered or entered and progress in map development; requires certain information in reports of cancer and other malignant diseases that are required to be made by physicians, dentists and other health care providers. |
