| Requires persons owning, possessing, or harboring wild animals to notify the clerk of the city, town, or village, who shall transmit this information to emergency services personnel (police, fire or ambulance); further requires the state fire administrator, in consultation with the department of environmental conservation, to develop and maintain a list of common names of wild animals to be reported; imposes civil penalties; directs the state fire administrator to promulgate necessary and convenient regulations. |
